Full Annual Conference: Click the "Register" button at the top righthand side of this page and select the appropriate membership category on the Package Selection page. During the registration process you will have an opportunity to add a pre-conference course or workshop.

Daily Conference:
Click the "Register" button at the top righthand side of this page and select "Single Day Pass Only" on the Package Selection page. During the registration process you will have an opportunity to select which days you would like to attend - Friday, Saturday or Sunday - as well as add a pre-conference course or workshop.

Pre-Conference Course Only: 
Click the "Register" button at the top righthand side of this page and select "Pre-Conference Only" on the Package Select page. During the registration process you will have an opportunity to select ONE pre-conference course or workshop. This is not a registration for the Annual Conference.

  4. Explain recent or upcoming policy changes and identify implications or areas for provider involvement.
  5. Create a network of professionals or a set of resources that can be used to support the participant's practice.
